You have bought one of our great bags from one of our retailers and you have a problem?Β 

Here are the steps to follow:Β 

1. Make sure that the problem is covered by our warranty conditions.

2. Bring your product, your proof of purchase, and the email showing you've registered the product (for bags purchased after July 2020)

3. Go to the retailer who sold you the product

The product will be checked by the retailer. If the problem is covered by the warranty terms and conditions, our retailer will offer you to replace or repair the good according to our commercial conditions.

Note: Cabaia's customer service will not take care of purchases made through retailers. You must contact your retailer directly whenever you have an issue with the good.
