You are experiencing an issue with a bag you've purchased on our website?
Here are the steps to follow:
1. Make sure the problem is covered by our warranty conditions.
2. Contact our customer care department.
3. You'll be asked to provide us with pictures of the problem as well as your order number (the number that looks like this #EU1234)
The customer service will review your request and get back to you with a solution if the problem is covered by our warranty terms and conditions.
