You have bought one of our great bags in one of our shops and you have a problem.
Here are the steps to follow:Β
1. Make sure the problem is covered by our warranty conditions.
2. Bring your proof of purchase as well as the product to the store so they can inspect the product and trigger a warranty procedure if needed!
Note: This only applies to purchases made in a CabaΓ―a store or in a CabaΓ―a pop-up store.
