However, it is possible that your tracking number will stay with the status "in preparation" which is the 1st step of our shipping procedure.
This can be due to several reasons.
1) During Black Friday and Christmas times, our team in charge of the logistics is really busy so there may be a slight delay in delivery (we apologise for this).

2) Outside this period, if a few days after the 3 working days, you don't have any information, there might be an issue with our stock or an issue with your delivery address and your order cannot be processed.
