Your postman only brings you bills and no sign of your parcel?

Several explanations and solutions:
Sometimes shipping companies are showing parcels as delivered but the delivery takes place the day after
Sometimes the postman delivers to your neighbours or "hides" your parcel somewhere (garden, next to your entrance, etc).
→ We highly recommend contacting your neighbour in order to check if they have received your order.
If you cannot locate your parcel within the next 3 days after it is marked as delivered, you can contact our customer care department! We'll be investigating furthermore and find a solution for you!
