A purchase made on the website can be returned in a Cabaïa store within 14 days for an exchange or refund. Refunds or exchanges will be made after an inspection of the products, which must be complete and resalable in their original condition.
Any purchase made in a Cabaïa store may be returned to another Cabaïa store or a Pop-up store.
⚠️ Cabaïa backpacks sold with pockets on our website cannot be returned or exchanged in a store.
For an exchange of these products, we invite you to contact our customer care department.
Note: if the product purchased in a pop-up is defective and if the the pop-up is no longer in place to proceed with an exchange, please contact our customer care department.
